What You'll Be Doing:

  • Giving customers a warm welcome and guiding them through their showroom journey

  • Listening carefully to understand customer needs and recommending the perfect vehicle

  • Arranging test drives and introducing value-added products and services

  • Delivering exceptional service from first hello to final handshake

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets







What You'll Bring:

  • Previous face-to-face sales experience, ideally in automotive or retail

  • Motivation, energy, and a results-driven attitude

  • Confident communication and negotiation skills

  • A professional, customer-focused approach and attention to detail

  • Team spirit with a polished, presentable appearance

  • A full UK driving licence

  • FCA accreditation (or willingness to complete training)
