Core onsite hours 08:20 - 16:30 Mon - Thurs, 08:20-15:40 on Fridays

Our private client are seeking a Head of Therapy for their School in Surrey.

You'll works alongside the Senior Leadership Team as one of a team of middle leaders within the school, to oversee the therapeutic provision, lead the therapy team, and promote a holistic, three-tiered model of therapy.

You'll also be responsible to ensure that ensure that all therapy provision, assessments, and reports align with the school's vision of becoming a Centre of Excellence for SEND education.

What you'll need:

  • Relevant degree level qualification
  • Leadership qualification or relevant experience
  • HCPC Registration
  • Specialist knowledge and application of therapy assessments
  • Knowledge of specific disorders relevant to the client group (e.g., ASD, general learning difficulties, ADHD) applied to forming a differential diagnosis and intervention plan
  • Knowledge of national policies and procedures relevant to the client group (EHCPs, KCSIE etc)
