Our client, a reputable Estate Agency, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for their Grayshott location.
The role offers a basic salary of £22,000 – £25,000 with an OTE of £50,000 and includes a company car or car allowance.
Candidates should have significant experience in sales, be highly organized, and possess a full UK driver's license.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the team, setting KPIs, conducting team meetings, and contributing to business growth.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays required.

Monday to Friday

Branch Manager requirements:

Highly experienced in Sales
Able to motivate a team.
Highly organized and able to manage workload.
Driven and hungry for success
Full UK driver’s license

Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

Managing the Branch Team
Setting KPI’s for the team
Undertaking team meetings
Help grow the business.
Carrying out market appraisals
Reporting back to the area Managers
