Architectural Technician

Join our Clients architectural practice, specialising in residential projects ranging from high-value single units to multiple units up to 50. We are seeking an Architectural Technician focused on producing building regulation drawings for new builds and refurbishment projects.

• Produce detailed building regulation drawings for new construction and refurbishment projects.
• Ensure all drawings and specifications meet the required standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
• Utilise AutoCAD to create high-quality technical drawings.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as required to ensure project specifications are adhered to.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

• At least 2 years’ experience in UK residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• A valid driving licence is essential due to the office location.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
