7.5t Delivery Driver

The Capital Recruitment Groupis a recruitment company providing staffing support to various businesses across the Northwest. We have exciting opportunities forExperienced Class 2/ 7.5 Tonne Drivers.

Our client is looking to add skilledClass 2/7.5 Tonne Driversto their team based in Hindley, Wigan, with immediate starts available. This role is on a temp-to-perm basis for the right candidate, offering the potential for a long-term and rewarding career.

The Job:

• Days:Any 4 days Monday to Saturday
• Hours:5.00 AM until finish (Please note that shifts can vary from 8 to 10 hours depending on the route)
• Pay:13.50 per hour (PAYE)

Duties:

• Driving a 7.5 Tonne.
• Adhering to standard work processes and operational manuals.
• Following the route sequence as per the PDA.
• Maintaining a presentable and courteous demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
• Upto 28 Drops.
• Prioritising safety while delivering in various environments.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence.
• Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
• Valid DIGI TACHO card.
• No more than 6 penalty points; strictly no IN, DD, DR, or TT99 endorsements.
• Proven experience driving a 7.5 Tonne is essential.
• Good people skills; must be helpful and friendly.
• Previous multi-drop experience is essential.
• Physically fit to manually unload (up to 130KG lifting equipment and training will be provided)
• You will be required to completed a driving assessment if successful)
