Due to increased demand, our client now has a requirement for a Customer Technical Support Engineer.

The roles and responsibilities of the Customer Technical Support Engineer role are:
- An Engineer with Electrical or Mechanical knowledge and understanding of Mazak machine tools.
- Experienced in Mazatrol controls, machine operations and axis movements.
- Understanding of Mazak product range of machines.
- Desk based role supporting Customers in the field.
- Experienced of fault diagnosis.
- Understanding Mechanical drawings and schematic electrical drawings.
- Understanding the structure of machines and how they work.
- Working alongside current engineers supporting customer requirements.
- Identification of parts from current manuals.
- Creating incidents for workflow within the team.

- Computer literate.

- Can communicate with customers at all levels.
- Report writing.

- Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word.
