Investigo are excited to be working with a client based in Hitchin who are looking for an interim Accounts Assistant to join their team!
The role:
The interim Accounts Assistant will play a key role in supporting the finance department with the challenges of a growing business.
- Daily reconciliation of direct-to-consumer payments, ensuring they align with Sage records
- Processing supplier stock invoices on sage
- Undertake additional ad hoc duties/ projects as and when required
- Assist with the yearly audit
- Responsible for the processing employee credit card expenses on SAP Concur, including reconciling accounts, chasing outstanding credit card submissions, and downloading expense reports
- Cover other finance duties when other team members are absent
Profile:
- Literate of the use of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's).
- Experienced with both AR & AP ledgers
- The ability to process and enter data accurately and quickly
- Experienced with processing employee expenses
- Accounting experience and using Sage 200 is desirable, but not essential.
On offer:
Salary circa - £27,000 to £30,000
Length - 6 months of work
Hybrid pattern - 2 days in office & 3 days at home
