Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Manage regular income and contribution payments, handle asset transfers, and ensure effective back-office processes. Be the first point of contact for clients, manage client reviews, and support the operations team.
  • Administration: Maintain up-to-date client and contribution records, oversee assistant-level tasks, and ensure all administrative processes are completed efficiently.
  • Processing: Handle income payments, contributions, withdrawals, and asset transfers with accurate record-keeping. Manage probate processes and account closures.
  • Tracking: Monitor income payments, ensure timely delivery of capital withdrawals, and maintain sufficient buffer funds.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Stay updated with industry and firm policies, comply with best practice procedures, and maintain a CPD record of 10 hours per annum.
