Account Manager – About our client:Our client is a well-established clothing business working in the B2B sector, delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. They take pride in their customer relationships and are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to manage and grow their client base.
Account Manager – Details:
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays, plus additional leave for Christmas closedown
- Monthly commission based on revenue
Account Manager – Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering expert advice and solutions
- Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
- Keep accurate records of client communications and sales activities in CRM tools
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer the best possible advice to clients
Account Manager – What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, account management or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated with a focus on achieving business targets
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
