Job Title: Account Director (Commercial Sales)
Location:Hitchin, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Salary:50-60k (DOE) + Bonuses/Commission
Our client, a well-established IT solutions provider, is seeking a Commercial Sales Account Director to build and lead a new sales division.
Main Duties of the Role
- Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the Commercial Sales team.
- Build and manage relationships with key IT vendors and partners (Aruba, Fortinet, etc.).
- Drive new business development while managing and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead sales initiatives, achieve revenue targets, and develop key industry relationships.
- Organise and attend client meetings, industry events, and technology seminars.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven sales and account management experience, ideally in IT networking.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Driving license & car essential
