We are currently recruiting for a boutique financial planning practice in Hitchin who are looking for an experinced Cleint Relationship Manager to join their team.

This role is full-time, and office based. But they do have a lovely office!
You would need to have gained experience at an IFA, financial planning firm or wealth manager and be able to easily get to Hitchin.

This is a fantastic opportunity toimmerse yourself in business administration and client relationship management and become a vital support to the Managing Director.
The role
Working with the MD and other team members, you will be responsible for business administration and client servicing tasks in the office.
- ï‚· Submitting and processing new business.
- ï‚· Communicating with our clients to develop the relationship.
- ï‚· Proactively engaging with our clients via various means including phone, email, post and WhatsApp.
- ï‚· Producing new quotes and obtaining valuations.
- ï‚· Follow up emails to clients after adviser meetings and phone calls.
- ï‚· Liaising with the financial providers, investment companies and other third parties that we use.
- ï‚· Using specialist software including Transact and Intelliflo.
Essential Skills
- ï‚· Experience gained working in an IFA or financial planning practice.
- ï‚· Be able and willing to work in the office for your standard working hours.
- ï‚· Be able to write succinct, grammatically accurate emails, letters, and texts.
- ï‚· Have excellent communication skills (especially phone manor) and be able to develop strong relationships with clients.
- ï‚· Personable and confident with a positive attitude.
- ï‚· Be a team player and keen to join a small dynamic team.
