We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Manager to lead a customer service team and ensure that our customers receive outstanding support and service. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service management experience within a B2B environment, and be based locally to Hitchin.

This company is a large organisation in the retail industry, operating on a multinational level. With a robust presence in the UK, particularly in Hitchin, the company prides itself on offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to it's customers. Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Customer Service Management experience is essential, particularly within a B2B environment.

Description

  • Oversee the customer service team (circa 10 staff) and develop customer service policies and procedures.
  • Lead, guide, and train the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse customer feedback and create strategies for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Participate in hiring and training new team members.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in customer service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Ability to analyse customer feedback and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Able to effectively motivate and lead teams
