Are you a recent engineering graduate looking to kick-start your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join our team, working across sites in the Northern Home Counties and at our head office in Hitchin.
About the Role:As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our Temporary Works department. No prior experience in Temporary Works is required or anything related - just a passion for engineering and a willingness to learn. This role offers hands-on experience across a variety of construction projects, providing a solid foundation for your engineering career.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of Temporary Works solutions.

Work closely with senior engineers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Conduct site visits to gain practical knowledge and oversee engineering solutions in action.

Support the preparation of technical drawings, reports, and risk assessments.

Engage with contractors and project managers to ensure best practices are followed.

A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).

A competitive starting salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
