Job Purpose:
As a CNC Machine Setter Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of repeat conforming products according to specifications. You will set and maintain machines, verify manufactured quality, and support on-time delivery to customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and check conformance of ongoing production requirements.
  • Set and maintain CNC machines according to defined processes.
  • Verify and control manufactured quality to ensure right-first-time production.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other staff.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting good housekeeping practices.


Requirements:

  • Good team member attitude and understanding of business needs.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ideal candidates will have a core mechanical engineering qualification, experience with Heidenhain and FANUC control systems, and knowledge of 5S/Lean practices and the aerospace industry.
