Our client is looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding team located in a charming market town in Hertfordshire.

The role involves handling a diverse range of litigation cases, encompassing civil and commercial matters. Applications are welcome from solicitors with excess of 5 years PQE within a range of litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

Representing both claimants and defendants in various litigation areas, including:

  • Contentious probate
  • Contract disputes
  • Boundary disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Landlord and tenant disputes
  • Partnership and shareholder disputes
  • Property and construction disputes
  • Insolvency & restructuring

Salary: 50,000 - 65,000 per annum and an excellent benefits package is on offer including, a long-term hybrid working model.
