Teaching Assistant Opportunity at a Welcoming and High-Achieving Primary School in Hitchin
We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and dynamic teaching team at a well-regarded primary school in Hitchin. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, creative, and energetic individual with a passion for supporting children's learning. You will work closely with teachers to assist in mainstream classes, helping to deliver an engaging and supportive learning experience. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, a background working with primary-aged children, and solid literacy and numeracy skills. Enthusiasm, adaptability, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Teaching Assistant Role Details:
- 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only (08:30 am - 3:30 pm), including a 30-minute lunch break
- Potential for additional hours in breakfast and after-school clubs
- Salary is pro-rata
