Working for a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) thatdelivers a high quality IT Service to its client base, you will be responsiblefor the day-to-day running of all IT systems and networks, whilstperforming regular checks to ensure the smooth functioning of such systems. You will also be responsiblefor improving current services and deploying new technologies.

Key Skills:
  • 2 years experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably within an internal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritisetasks effectively.
