Job Description: Electro plater
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Salary: 27-29k DOE
Benefits: 28 days holiday + Company pension + Training
Hours: Mon - Fri 8-5 1hr for lunch (flexible)
Duration: Permanent
Main Duties:
1 Jig/unjig and load/unload plant as required.
2. Maintaining quality standards
3. Identify record and pack components as required
4. Make and record process additions and process maintenance as required
5. Undertake all work in accordance with work instruction sheets and standard process procedures and operations
6. Maintain a clean, safe working environment and good housekeeping standards
7. Recognise, rectify, or report any trends in rejects and other quality issues
8. Recognise and report variations on process parameters
Requirements:
Educated to GCSE level
Minimum of 2 years experience in plating.
Experience in plating
Ability to work in a team.
High level of attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication
Organised and methodical
