A Unique Opportunity to Grow and Earn

Salary: £50k - £65k basic + attractive bonuses and benefits

Are you a driven, business-development-focused Financial Adviser ready to take your career to the next level? If you’re eager to win new business, earn significantly, and potentially bring your existing clients along, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. A highly regarded firm with whom I have worked closely is looking to expand their team with a skilled Financial Adviser.

This business has an outstanding reputation built over many years for delivering exceptional holistic financial planning services to families, retirees, and City professionals. Known for their client-first approach, they generate business almost exclusively through referrals and recommendations. Their advisory services span pensions, investments, tax planning, retirement planning, protections, and even esoteric investments such as VCTs, EISs, and SEISs.

What makes this role particularly exciting is a new venture born from a recent acquisition. The firm now manages Group Personal Pension schemes for nearly 20,000 members, many of whom lack holistic financial advice. Research shows that hundreds of these members have significant wealth and are actively seeking financial advice. This creates a ready-made pipeline of warm leads, supported by a Business Development Manager who will help you engage these prospective clients.

With clients holding pensions ranging from £50k to £1 million—plus additional assets that need expert management—this is a rare opportunity to step into a role with immense growth potential. You’ll be supported by skilled administrators and paraplanners, as well as a proactive business development team to ensure you’re consistently fed high-quality referrals.

Offering a competitive basic salary of £50k-£65k with the potential to rise to £75k, attractive bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package (including PMI and PHI), this role also provides whole-of-market financial advice and flexible working options tailored to your needs.

If you’re excited about making a real impact and advancing your career in a supportive, high-growth environment, I’d love to hear from you. Please reach out to Joanna at FD to learn more or express your interest.
