Our client is looking for a new Financial Planning Administrator. Ideally three years gained working in finance or in a financial planning firm and we will give you all the training you need so you can take your career to the next level. We want the best and we are willing to pay for it!

The role

This is an extremely varied role, and you can make this role your own. Whether you wish to stay in admin. or move into paraplanning in the future, we can help you.

The duties are varied and will centre around:

  • Submitting and processing new business.
  • Communicating with our clients to develop the relationship.
  • Producing new quotes and obtaining valuations.
  • Follow up emails to clients after adviser meetings and phone calls.
  • Liaising with the financial providers, investment companies and other third parties that we use.

Essential skills

  • At least three years relevant experience.
  • Have a genuine interest in money and investing and helping our clients to achieve their financial goals.
  • Amazing organisational skills.
  • An excellent telephone manner, great email writing skills and be comfortable dealing with our clients.
  • A good level of Maths skills.
  • Lots of ideas and strive for efficiency.
