Key Responsibilities:
- Write Financial Plans: Support advisors by drafting comprehensive financial plans tailored to client needs.
- Annual Reviews & Suitability Letters: Prepare annual reviews and suitability letters for clients, ensuring the highest standard of advice.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients on technical matters, tax year-end queries, and processing requests such as income withdrawals and lump sum transactions.
- Platform Management: Work with platforms such as Transact, Nucleus, and Fidelity, ensuring smooth management of client portfolios.
- Ongoing Development: Continue to enhance your skills and knowledge, with support for further qualifications and career advancement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma Qualified (or close to finishing your exams - we’re open to applicants with 1-2 exams outstanding).
- At Least 3 Years’ IFA Experience: You should have a solid background in financial planning or wealth management.
- Client-Focused Approach: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
