Description
As the Bid Writer you will have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare, write, and deliver high-quality information to senior management for the preparation of bids
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the property industry and market trends
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and expertise
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy
- Ensure all bid documentation is up-to-date and in line with company policies
- Participate in bid presentations when required
- Assist in other projects as needed.
Profile
The successful Bid Writer will have:
- A strong background in bid writing / copywriting, ideally within the property industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive and innovative approach to work.
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000.
Please note - this is an office based role x 5 days in Hitchin.
