Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and eager to tackle challenges related to damp, mould, and disrepair? Hays Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Damp and Mould Surveyor / Homes Business Partner for our client who has a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to case management.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £45,000 plus a car allowance, with a 37.5-hour work week covering the East region, including Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Luton.
Your Role:
- Actively manage cases involving damp, mould, and disrepair, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Champion our digital-first strategy, promoting innovative solutions that provide our customers with flexible and efficient service options.
- Collaborate in overseeing surveying activities and the execution of damp and mould remediation contracts.
- Deliver exceptional service to all customers, stakeholders, and colleagues, with a customer-centric approach bolstered by a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Cultivate a national network of subject-matter experts to foster best practices and enhance learning opportunities.
