50,000 + overtime + call out

Our client is a leading food manufacturer with various sites across the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion across the business, they are looking to bring in more engineers onto the double days shift. Training and progression opportunties are available for candidates who are looking to commit to the next step in their careers
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out mainly planned preventative maintenance and servicing schedules
- Will be working as a team, liasing with manufacturing, and quality
- Provide front line engineering support to all food processing, production & packaging machinery
- Carrying out both electrical & mechanical fault finding
- Working on high-speed food production & packaging machinery, conveyors, automation & controls
- Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
- Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance & improvement works
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Be a multi-skilled maintenance engineer - either electrical or mechanical biased
- Must have some hands-on engineering experience
- Ideally have worked in a food manufacturing
- Have a relevant engineering qualification
PLC - electrical fault-finding skills would be beneficial
