SKILLS REQUIRED

路AAT desirable but not necessary
路Previous use of COINS would be advantageous.
路Microsoft Office
路Purchase Ledger and or Sub-Contractor experience would be advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES
聽
路To receive daily GRN list and process invoices for payment
路Reconciliation of Supplier Statements to Purchase Ledger
路Matching Invoices to PO's and send for query/approval.
路To be first point of call for all Purchase Ledger and Subcontractors queries received via telephone and email.
路Setting up/Verification of Sub-Contractors on COINS
路Supporting the Finance team with ad hoc tasks as and when required
