COMPANY PROFILE As my client's business continues to grow, they are seeking a IT Support Administrator to join their team. This role requires you to be patient, adaptable and able to work well under pressure. You will need to have at least 4 years of experience in a IT role which covers the main areas of IT infrastructure support with a broad range of technical knowledge.

SKILLS REQUIRED 路At least 4 years experience within a IT support role 路GCSE in English, Maths & Science/IT C grade or above 路Excellent communication skills 路Technically and numerically minded 路Organised and efficient 路Able to work off your own initiative 路Multitasker

RESPONSIBILITIES 路Manage and support client hardware, software, IT systems, and infrastructure. 路Provide reactive support, troubleshoot issues, and implement both short-term fixes and long-term solutions. 路Configure, onboard, and reprovision devices for clients, including setting up new IT environments. 路Administer cloud services such as Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365. 路Perform proactive system maintenance, server backups, and recovery operations after outages. 路Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members while keeping documentation and tickets updated. 路Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users and provide regular status updates. 路Visit client sites for unresolved issues and assist with technical implementation projects.
