Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and support client IT systems and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including emergency fixes and long-term solutions.
- Configure and provision client devices and IT environments.
- Administer Active Directory (AD), Azure, and Office 365 services.
- Perform server backup and recovery operations.
- Provide proactive system maintenance and identify areas for performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate support records and communicate effectively with clients.
- Visit client sites when required to resolve issues or assist with technical projects.
What We're Looking For
- We're seeking someone with at least two years of experience in IT infrastructure support, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of tasks. Key attributes include:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office 365/Azure, Exchange, AD, SQL, and networking.
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
- Undergraduate degree (Level 6) in any subject.
- Full driving licence and access to a car, for client site visits.
