Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Provide advice and guidance on insurance products and coverage options
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Assist with new business acquisition and cross-selling opportunities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to offer clients the best possible service
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a commercial insurance role
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
