Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
• Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Provide advice and guidance on insurance products and coverage options
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Assist with new business acquisition and cross-selling opportunities
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to offer clients the best possible service

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a commercial insurance role
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• A proactive and client-focused approach
• Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
