Our client are looking for a legal assistant to join their busy conveyancing department , where they pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paralegal to support the team in providing first-rate conveyancing services to their clients.

You must have experience in conveyancing

This is a full time office based role.Key Responsibilities:• Assist solicitors with all aspects of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.• Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions.• Conduct title searches and property due diligence.• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals.• Manage and organise case files efficiently.• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.Requirements:• Proven experience in a conveyancing role is essential.• An understanding of the conveyancing process and property law would be beneficial.• Excellent organisational and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Proficiency in legal research and document management software.• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Benefits:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
