Salary: 30,000-35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role: My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Campus Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal, reporting directly to the CEO and playing a crucial part in the management team. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance, security, and operational efficiency of the campus, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage campus maintenance and security, ensuring all facilities are in excellent condition.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
- Oversee contract management with key suppliers.
- Support the effective delivery of courses, concerts, and private hires.
- Lead IT management and collaborate with the IT support company.
- Manage the campus operations budget and project budgets.
- Line manage Duty Managers and coordinate with the hospitality team.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in building operations or management, including risk assessment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Budget management and planning expertise.
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety compliance.
Desirable:
- Health & Safety qualification (e.g., IOSH).
- Experience working with historic buildings.
- Background in the arts, culture, adult education, or charity sectors.
