About the Role:
We are recruiting a skilled Finishing Manager to join a leading housebuilder on their flagship project in Hertfordshire. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and proven experience in traditional build housing. As Finishing Manager, you will ensure that the final stages of the build meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in traditional build housing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes.
- Proven ability to manage trades and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Valid CSCS card SSTS and First Aid
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
