Company OverviewOur client is a UK leading specialist in designing and manufacturing water treatment equipment. They sell products to UK and global markets and have recently opened a new manufacturing facility where you will be based.

The Role: Production ManagerWe’re seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead a talented team of 11 multi-disciplinary mechanical and electrical assemblers. In this role, you will oversee the production of distributed components, catalogue-standard equipment, and bespoke solutions as an OEM supplier in the water treatment industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Manage resources effectively, including stock levels and equipment maintenance.
  • Set and maintain quality standards while ensuring cost-efficient production.
  • Monitor productivity, enforce health and safety regulations, and implement quality control programs.
  • Liaise with suppliers, managers, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise and motivate team members, review performance, and identify training needs.
  • Collate and analyze production data, producing reports for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product design and procurement activities.
