Scaffolding Operations Director

Scaffolding Operations Directorrequired for our client to work on Industrial Projects within the Power station industry. You will be delivering operational functions across large scale industrial scaffolding projects ranging from 1.5-5m.

The Operations Director will be based commutable to the Hertfordshire area and be comfortable attending UK wide sites once every 2 weeks for a day or two.

Experienced Operations Director to work on large-scale industrial scaffolding projects, including major power station sites, while also supporting the growth and delivery of commercial projects.

Operations Director Remuneration

• 80,000 - 90,000 DOE

Operations Director Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of large industrial scaffolding projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Support the growth and management of commercial scaffolding portfolio, ensuring excellent service to clients.
• Lead and develop operational teams across multiple sites.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business growth.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Operations Director Requirements

Proven experience in scaffolding operations management (industrial and commercial experience preferred).

In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and scaffolding compliance.

Willingness to travel to site locations
