**Job Title:** Band 6 CPN Adult CMHT
**Location:** Preston
**Duration:** 3 months
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday
**Start Date:** ASAP (within 2 weeks)
**Rate of Pay:** £24.50 - £26 per hour
### A Day in the Life of a Registered Mental Health Nurse:
In this vital role, you will be at the heart of delivering essential NHS community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status.
- Administering medications and monitoring their effects.
- Providing therapeutic interventions, including counseling and behavioral therapies.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery.
### What We’re Looking For:
- Current and valid registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience within a community recovery role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Previous experience in CMHT is preferred.
