Are you a compassionate RMN looking to make a difference? Our client is seeking a Community Mental Health Nurse to join their team in Stevenage paying £25 per hour. This role involves providing high-quality care to individuals with diverse mental health conditions, fostering therapeutic relationships, and working collaboratively with a range of professionals.

As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will:
  • Provide care and manage symptoms for patients with mental health conditions.
  • Build therapeutic relationships and offer crisis intervention.
  • Liaise with doctors, social workers, and other professionals.
  • Interact with patients' families, offering advice and information.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, care plans, and risk assessments.
  • Lead a staff team during patient conveyance or therapeutic observational service.
  • Ensure proper handover of patient details and report incidents promptly.
  • Assist in policy compliance and attend necessary training and meetings.
