OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator to join our client based in Hitchin on a Temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent.
Duties of an Administrator:
- Answer telephone & take messages
- Input simple sales orders
- End of day despatch checks
- Invoice sales orders
- Input purchase ledger invoices
- Check purchase ledger statements
- Chase up hauliers re customer deliveries
- Contacting previous cusomers
What we would like from you:
- Previous experience as an administrator
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Available to start ASAP
