  • Ownership of all payroll/pension data ensuring Finance receive information on time and input into the ADP system
  • Supporting the HR Advisorwith all People related queries
  • Being the administrative support for all leadership across the business
  • Working as part of the People Team supporting projects as and when required

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the input of data in People HR system
  • Management of the payroll process
  • Being the first point of contact for all payroll queries and questions
  • Collate and manage Employee rewards
  • Responsible for promoting and maintaining the Employee Benefits Hub
  • Support with new starter paperwork, including offer letters, contracts of employment and new starter forms.
  • Ensuring that the storing and distribution of all employee data is compliant in line with GDPR
  • Conduct all required pre-employment checks, updating and discussing with line managers where appropriate
  • Responsible for ensuring all employees have the necessary forms and checks in place before they start working for the Group and maintaining HR Tracker system
  • New starter paperwork is collected, and information is communicated with payroll, IT and all other relevant department
  • Conduct administrational tasks for the leadership team as and when requi
  • Communications via the HR platform
  • Manage the weekly Engagement posts and available jobs, maintaining careers site.
  • Support all people related projects as and when required by the HR Advisor
  • Booking of Hotel rooms/conference rooms/Flowers as required

Candidate skills

  • HR Experience preferred
  • Have the ability to work to strict deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Organised/ methodical
  • Happy to work within a team to support and help manage a busy workload
  • Available to start with immediate effect
  • Able to work full time hours 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday
