Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be a GPHC Registered Pharmacist.
The position offers a salary of £62,000 per annum, with additional performance-based bonuses and benefits including 4 weeks of holiday plus bank holidays.
Working hours are Monday to Friday for 40 hours and an additional 8 hours on Saturday.

Lead, manage, and support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants
Ensure efficient and accurate dispensing of medications
Provide expert advice on medication management, patient care, and health services
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and pharmacy standards
Foster a positive and supportive working environment
Drive business development initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction
Promote professional development and mentorship for junior team members

Package and Benefits

Monday to Friday 40 hours + Saturday 8 hours
£62,000 per annum
Basic salary £62,000 + performance based bonuses
