We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee asset-related projects across Healthcare contracts in the Midlands.

The role involves defect remediation, asset replacement (lifecycle), and variation projects, ensuring high standards and budget compliance in a busy healthcare environment.

Roles:

  • Manage defects, lifecycle, and variation projects. 
  • Control budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery. 
  • Client  liaison and  stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee all project phases from planning to completion, adhering to RIBA work stages. 
  • Mitigate risks and ensure accurate financial reporting. 
  • Ensure projects are delivered to high safety and quality standards. 
  • Supervise contractors and coordinate with FM provider

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare construction or Facilities Management  project delivery
  • Sound knowledge of building and engineering services
  • Familiarity with PFI environments, CDM regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. 
  • Commercial awareness and contract management experience. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project collaboration platforms.
