Our client, a well-respected independent Property Management firm is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their close-knit team and provide assistance on their new acquisition. This role will be varied however, the key objective will be to manage the portfolio, Â this must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
My client is offering the successful Property Manager the following:
- Upto £28,000 Salary
- Full Support from the directors
- 20 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Option for hybrid working after 12 months of employment

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to work within a team
- ARLA Qualification is preferred however not necessary
- Strong Communication Skills, Both written and verbal
Key tasks for the Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Delivering outstanding customer Service
- Keep up to date with changing legislation.
- Liaise with third party suppliers to complete any work required
- Ensure all contacts are kept up to date
- Complete end-of-tenancy inspection.
