Day-to-Day TeacherLocation: HitchinContract Type: Temporary/As-NeededStart Date: ImmediateRole Overview:As a Day-to-Day Teacher for Aspire People, you will be responsible for stepping in on an as-needed basis to cover teacher absences. You will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education, ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality teaching and support. This is a fantastic opportunity for flexible educators who are passionate about making an impact in a variety of classrooms and settings.Key Responsibilities:-Deliver engaging and effective lessons according to the provided curriculum.-Follow lesson plans and adapt them as necessary to suit the needs of the students.-Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.-Support the individual needs of students, including those with special educational needs.-Provide feedback to school leadership regarding the day's activities and any issues that arose.-Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.Key Requirements:-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.-Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.-A passion for education and a commitment to the welfare and development of students.-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with school staff.-Previous experience teaching to students and leading a class.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
