Experienced Sales Manager required for our established client in what will be a rewarding role. Annual salary up to £70,000 with additional OTE, and company car. Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.

Candidates with electrical or electronic bias knowledge are desirable however not essential.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Lead internal sales team and field based sales reps to achieve revenue targets
  • Hire new starters
  • Manage key accounts, driving sales
  • Mentor new starters and coach the existing team to perform to the best of their ability
  • Monitor performance, holding 1:1 meetings
  • Analyse sales data and performance
  • Work collaboratively to create sales campaigns, and ways to drive new business
  • Visits clients and support Business Development Managers on the road attending meetings across the UK

Experience required:

  • Sales management experience is essential
