Job Purpose:

Responsible for providing watch diagnostics to enable estimation and authentication for watch repairs, supporting Swiss Time Services (STS) watch service centre to achieve in financial and non-financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose watch repairs, test and authenticate for estimates• Confidently authenticate watches in line with market expectation• Establishing pricing for luxury watch servicing• Perform stolen/ lost checks on luxury watches• Locate brand identifiers such as warranty cards, serial numbers, and all related detail• Identifying aftermarket diamond set dials and bezels• Assist with watch queries from stores, customers, and other key departments• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry• Quality Control assessment and approval when required• Any other reasonable management request, including but not limited to, supportingother STS priorities that ensures efficient and robust business delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• Computer literate, with basic Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace experience• Good technical knowledge of use of watchmaking tools beneficial• Excellent attention to detail• A self-starter who is organised• Strong team player with great communication skills.• Be able to work to deadlines• Adaptable to multiple roles dependant on business needs
