Lettings Consultant & Property Manager - Overview:
Our clients are a successful business within the Residential Lettings/Management sector. They are seeking a Lettings Consultant / Property Manager to take the lead with pro-actively managing a 100+ strong Lettings Portfolio to an exceptional standard, whilst also bringing on new property instructions to the market.
The most important aspect is delivering the very best service to the portfolio, so an ARLA qualified Lettings & Property Management professional will be preferred; certainly an individual with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all Lettings legislation and having significant experience within the sector either currently or previously.
Lettings Consultant & Property Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Services Control, i.e: Gas, Electricity top ups, water bills, council tax, switch overs
- Responding to emails from stakeholders, landlords, new enquiries, clients
- Basic Lettings Tasks: Creation of Leases, Tenancy Agreements, Safety Certifications
- Updating information within Excel Spreadsheets and Property Software
- Answering incoming calls
- Delegating maintenance tasks, allocating engineers
- Updating tenancy records
- Sourcing new business
- Keeping a General diary of office admin
- Emailing out the Property Database
- Assisting with various different clients/employees coming into the office
- Maintaining general housekeeping within the office
Lettings Consultant & Property Manager - The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have previous experience working within Residential Lettings / Property Management
- Ideally be ARLA Qualified
- Always willing to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and working with multinational individuals
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use various Microsoft Office programs
Lettings Consultant & Property Manager - Remuneration:
- £35,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary commensurate with experience
