Account Manager – About our client:Our client is a forward-thinking UK lighting manufacturer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of an ambitious business.

Account Manager – Details:

  • Competitive salary (£38k - £45k per annum)
  • Company bonus scheme (subject to successful completion of probation)
  • Standard hours (7.30 am - 4.30 pm) with flexibility available
  • Full-time position at the head office in Hoddesdon

Account Manager – Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries, interpret technical details, and create accurate quotes
  • Convert quotes to sales and help meet team targets
  • Log and track quotes using CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and maintain high service standards
  • Proactively follow up on quotes and sales leads to drive growth
  • Engage with new, existing, and lapsed customers to increase spend
  • Achieve at least 20% growth within your sales area

Account Manager – What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in commercial lighting or office fit-outs
  • Experience in Sales or Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Organised, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • A team player with the initiative to work independently
