HGV Class 2 Driver

HGV Class 2 Driver - Hoddesdon

We are currently recruiting for full time HGV Class 2 drivers for permanent roles in our depot in Hoddesdon. The role consists of refrigerated deliveries to shops and stores, From 8 to 15 drops per day with Tail lift and cages.
Must have experience and Class 2 license a minimum of 1 year.
Immediate starts for successful Candidates

Shifts available: 

• 5on2off (5 over 7, but one shift must include a weekend day)
• start between 3:30am - 4:30am

Day pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £15.08 (overtime after 47.5hrs £16.96)
• Saturday £16.96
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £22.62

Nights pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £17.23 (overtime after 47.5hrs £19.38)
• Saturday £19.38
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.84

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

What we are looking for:

• In date DIGI and CPC card.
• 2 years class 2 experience.
• Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful and organised individual.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Motivated and open to learn new skills.
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work.

Your role:

• Driving within the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refuelling vehicles.
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.
