We are thrilled to be partnering with this long term and trusted partner business in their search for a Sales Support Executive who will support the proactive sales team, in a newly created role for the organisation.

The successful applicant will be able to combine their ability on the telephone, with an efficient and organised administrative background to enjoy this rounded customer focused opportunity, in an environment which is supportive and collaborative - and extremely stable in terms of industry sector.

We're ideally looking for someone with a background in a customer focused product/technical/logistics environment (not pure retail), where you've grown relationships with customers through warm, effective and knowledgeable customer interaction - our client is a small business where even new business development is conducted in a friendly and engaging fashion.

Key Duties include:

  • Processing orders from initial quote until delivery, and ensuring that all details are accurately put onto the system.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding the nature of their needs and further embedding business connections.
  • Liaising via both telephone and email with customers, supporting the field sales Executive with administration as required.
  • Administrate all relevant paperwork, internal and external.
  • Liaise extensively with internal teams including Logistics and Operations.
