You'll be responsible for overseeing all site activities, from procurement of materials to quality control, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery across various roofing disciplines including tile, slate, green, and liquid systems.In this role, you will manage direct and subcontract labour, attend client meetings, and conduct site visits. You'll take and record site measurements, produce risk assessments, and lead toolbox talks for staff. Additionally, you will monitor quality control, raise warnings for potential issues, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.This position would suit someone with a strong background in Contracts Management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a supportive company that values growth and development.THE ROLE:

• Oversee procurement and placement of purchase orders.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to ensure project delivery.
• Take and record site measurements for contracted works.
• Monitor quality control and raise concerns with management.
• Produce risk assessments and method statements.
• Conduct toolbox talks for subcontractors and staff.
• Review and approve invoices from subcontractors.

THE PERSON:

• Contracts Manager or Similar
• Competent in various roofing disciplines (Tile/Slate/Green/Liquid).
• Commutable to Hoddesdon
