Working pattern - Full Time 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday

Residential Management Group, one of the UK’s largest Property Management Companies, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic 1st LineIT Service Desk Support Analyst to be a point of presence and ‘friendly face of IT’ based between our Head Office in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR) and our Westminster Office in London. You will also provide an on-site service to our other teams based across the Southern region, therefore you will ideally be able to drive and have access to a vehicle with the willingness to travel regularly.

What are some of the tasks our IT Service Desk Analyst will be doing?

  • Based on site, you will proactively support RMG’s colleagues with resolving all IT support issues, requests and guidance within defined SLA’s
  • Utilising your strong people skills, you will take full ownership for incident and service requests, communicating clearly with internal customers remaining calm and patient at all times.
  • Keeping accurate and up to date records of the service requests and changes to the asset database.
  • Working using your own initiative and continuously improve service levels and develop IT processes.

What skills and experience will you have?

Essential -

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focused, ‘happy to help’ mindset.
  • 1st linesupport experience which should include MS Office
  • Working knowledge of building and installing IT equipment.
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Citrix and Microsoft 365 administration skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Preferred -

  • ITIL qualification (however training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Working knowledge and administration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix and remote support tools.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle

Previous IT Field Service experience would be advantageous. Although candidates who are familiar with IT Service Desk processes and keen to grow and develop in this type of role are welcome to apply.
