Role: Warehouse Administrator 

Location: Hoddesdon

Hours: 14:00PM - 23:00PM, Fridays finish at 21:00PM, Monday to Friday - 40 hours

Salary: £11.44 an hour, weekly pay + (late shift allowance of £48.38 extra per week)

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Administrator for one of our clients based in Hoddesdon, on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:

  • Ensuring client queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Controlling all Inbound/Outbound & Collection bookings on the relevant systems.
  • Ensuring all order bank put away confirmations are complete.
  • Controlling of order pick sequence, prioritising against due loading date.
  • Managing the integrity of the warehouse system functionality (locations, RDTs etc).
  • Raising Order picking lists.
  • Confirming Order picking lists.
  • Checking all radial orders not received for stock integrity.
